Ezone aim to help our partners gain maximum benefit from using the WMS. Initial training and advice is given to all partners. We are also on hand to solve more complex client issues that you are unable to deal with in house. Ezone are continually devoping the WMS, relying on changes in technology and feedback from our customers to guide these revisions.
Technical support
- The Ezone WMS Professional package includes full technical support: email Ezone staff anytime to receive quick assistance with any aspect of using the WMS.
- Ezone staff will work with you to configure your site for use with the WMS. For an additional fee, Ezone can also provide web design services should your company wish to redesign a site prior to configuring it for the WMS.
