Ezone Interactive is small, established web technology company located in the centre of Edinburgh (Scotland). We specialise in the development and management of powerful, hosted web based applications.
About the Program
Your summer internship is a real job; we pay real money and you will be working directly on the products that we depend on! That means that we need smart, hardworking and dedicated students with a genuine interest in web development. In return we offer an amazing opportunity to experience web software development in a challenging, yet rewarding and fun summer.

The technologies you will be learning about and working with include Visual Studio 2008, ASP.Net, C# and SQL 2005 as well HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Some of the other stuff you will use include: SVN (source control), NUnit (unit testing), Nant (scripted builds), NHibernate (persistence framework), and Cruise Control (continuous integration).

If you can convince us that you have the ability and desire to be an outstanding web developer then we want to help you along the road!
You need to demonstrate that:
• You have strong programming skills in more than one language
• You are getting great marks on your IT or CS course
• You spend some of your spare time learning about or using different web technologies (perhaps you create sites for friends and family or have other relevant work experience?)
• You are interested in becoming a rounded web developer who communicates well with clients, understands their needs and can translate that into intelligent technical solutions
• You have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
